Meet the Team
PMI Reliant provides professional community association management services in Utah, primarily in the Utah County area. We are locally owned and independently operated.
We are members of Property Management, Inc., one of the largest property management companies in the world. PMI has been a leader in management excellence and innovation for more than 20 years, with more than 650 associations under their umbrella-and counting!
We live and serve in the Utah County area, meaning we are driven by the needs of our community and will focus on the success of your home/condominium/commercial owner’s association. We understand the challenges and time commitments to running your community. Our goal is to serve you so that you can enjoy living in your community, removing much of the worry of managing it.
Our CAI-certified management team will serve your association with knowledgeable, trustworthy, and timely guidance in all financial, governance, and community matters. We assist in the coordination of maintenance schedules and repairs, maintaining financial records and transactions, and promoting effective communication between residents and the board. We provide HOAs/COAs with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their associations are doing in real time, while providing homeowners real time access to maintenance requests, billing, and other important aspects of living in a community association.

Dale has more than 30 years of successful business management and ownership experience in construction, insurance, and property management. He has managed a diverse portfolio in various cities around the United States, but loves the people and the small town feel of the Utah County area most. His focus has always been on clear and effective communication, as well as demonstrating honesty and integrity. He always manages properties in a way that is most beneficial for the community instead of what is most beneficial for him; he always gives others the same respect he would hope to receive.
Kandi brings decades of experience of successful business ownership in Okinawa, Japan. The attributes of honor, politeness, respect, and being helpful to others demonstrated by the Japanese people has always guided Kandi’s business acumen and their determination and perseverance continues to drive her to succeed on behalf of her clients by focusing on their needs.
A graduate of BYU, Mike has decades of successful experience in the real estate industry. He especially enjoys the one-on-one interaction with his agents and buyers and sellers to get past the cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all routine of most agencies. He understands the importance of tailored services, as individual and specific as the customers he services. In his spare time, he enjoys the great outdoors.
